    Company provided service in 2021 and 2024 for foundation inspection. The home passed inspection in 2021 and failed in 2024. The foundation structure has not changed. I received the 2024 report and pictures taken of the foundation and the law from ************************************************************************** place. I requested the pictures from 2021 as I have the inspection from 2021 in my closing documents from my loan, but no photos were provided. The company stated that the mortgage company would have to request the pictures from 2021 since it was paid/requested by them. That was done on 4.16.24 and now Hayman Engineering state they will not provide photos to the mortgage company. Hayman Engineering state that in 2021 the pictures were "too blurry and dark" for an accurate inspection. However, the pictures from 2024 are within feet of our crawlspace entrance. The 2021 photos should had been taken and able to view for the accurate reporting. The company is refusing to produce even though I have followed all of their requests to obtain the pictures.

    The reports on the property were ordered by 2 different finance companies.  Those finance companies placed the orders and paid for the reports.  The person requesting the information needs to contact the finance companies.

    The request was made by the mortgage company as requested by Hayman and was still denied on sending the requested documents to the mortgage company.  

    Please give specific details on who needs to request the information and to whom this request needs to be made to get this completed.
