    04/2024, transportation driver hit my parked car when leaving my driveway after picking me up to transport me to dialysis. The driver then spoke with his employer about the incident, and told us to take the vehicle to the shop to get an estimate on the cost of the repairs. The shop wasn’t where they normally do business so we were asked to take it to that shop, ****** ********* ******* We were getting other body work done at our expense and the body shop sent paperwork to Global’s owner. Once repairs were done, the owner is now denying any knowledge of the incident. The driver still states what happened, thus I filed a claim with my auto insurance company now that the job is completed and the body shop cannot get any resolution from Global on them making good on the repairs. My auto insurance suggested filing a claim after speaking with *****, owner. After my insurance claim officer spoke with the driver that hit my car and the appraiser at *****, when he spoke with the owner of Global, ***** told him that the driver hasn’t worked with him in over a year and he has no knowledge of any incident, but the driver still picks me up every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. I’m asking for Global Transportation to pay the amount estimated for the damages ($891.31) done by their driver to my vehicle as promised. I’m submitting copies of estimate plus the license plate of the vehicle that hit my car.
