    For the entire month of June, my trash has been picked up only once whereas it should be picked up weekly on Wednesdays. My account is current and there are no outstanding amounts due. I have called numerous time throughout the month and I was assured that my garbage would be picked up. Despite this, it has only been picked up one Wednesday this month. They drive on my street to pick up the garbage for everyone else but mine. Today (Wednesday, 6/29/2022) on my camera, I witnessed the person on the back of the garbage truck repeatedly telling the driver that my trash was not picked up but he kept on driving. I called this company multiple times today on 6/29/2022 and no one has picked up the phone. Their customer service is completely unsatisfactory and since I am a paying customer, I want this incident resolved.
