    I set up an appointment to get a radio installed in my car. My car was fine nothing was wrong with it. When **** or **** crunk my car up and drove it in to get it installed it crunk and drove fine. The my installed my radio system and after installation my car wouldn’t crank. I wouldn’t have never known if I didn’t get up to check on it. They was done with the installation but was working on my car trying to get it to start. I told them my car was fine, I said it have to be something you’ll did because I didn’t have no problem before bringing it in. He proceeded to say that my starter was bad, I told him that couldn’t be so because my car have a new starter on it. So he proceeded to go underneath my car with a tool and knock on my starter while continuously Turing the switch and it still would start. He said he knew for a fact that it was the starter. He stated tye starter was hot and not turning. I was furious by then. I called a towing company to tow my car to my mechanic that I haul to pay for. My mechanic checked it out and found a wire that they knocked loose.I had to pay my mechanic to fix the problem that they caused. It was not the starter. It was a wire that they never connected while installing the radio. I called and talk to the store manager and he found every excuse that it was so that they wouldn’t have to own up to the mistake they made. I had to pair for the new radio, the labor , a tow company and my mechanic to fix their problem. I would like to be reimbursed for my towing fee and what the mechanic charged me to fix . They were very unprofessional in a hurry and didn’t care at all.
