    Beware of using this company to order letterman jackets! My son brought a form home and we discussed what he wanted and I filled out his order form. **** *******, the representative, came to place the orders and changed my son’s order without my permission! He put two different sleeve patches on it and omitted a basketball state championship patch. My son said that he NEVER told him to remove the state championship patch. His jacket was delivered Thursday and had two different patches from what I had on the form plus without the state championship patch. My son is sixteen and didn’t pay a single penny toward his jacket. I think it’s very unprofessional for a company to change a form that a parent filled out! We can get the state championship patch for an additional $30 plus having it sewn on or they will remove one of the two patches that we didn’t order, which would be fine, but it’s going to look crazy to have only one sport patch that you play instead of both sports. I didn’t want to have the hassle of having any additional patches sewn on once the jacket arrived, so I made sure to order specifically the championship patch! If you order from this company, parents take off work so you will get exactly what you and your child discussed. This has definitely been a “bought lesson!” Save yourself from a lot of trouble and order from a decent company who will honor what is on your order form! This company had no right changing my sons order without my permission since I’m the one paying for it!!!!!
