    I needed a refrigerator so I brought one from ****************. I paid too much money to just let it go. I need it to keep my medicine in it also. I'm diagnosed with *** I Just want what I paid for. I expected it to last for than 13 months.The refrigerator is still on my front porch!

    Took my push and riding mowers to them for service. Got push mower back after I made numerous calls and trips to the shop to find out what was going on. Kept hearing”there’s a part on order” and “the serviceman working on your machines isn’t here today.” I finally called and was told the push mower was done. Picked it up. Received an invoice for push mower as if I abandoned it. Riding mower still not done. Finally, after a month and a half, I called and they could bring it back. Charged me for what they had sone PLUS a $90.00 delivery fee. Got to my house and they could not get it off the trailer. I said well, that was the main thing I had wanted fixed so, after paying that invoice, he took it back to the shop. Again, I heard nothing from them. I called and called and got the same runaround. Then, finally, “it will be done in a day or two.” No mower showed up. I called and heard “we are closed due to moving locations. Call back after Tuesday.” I called and again was told there was possibly a part on order but the serviceman was not there. Called again and was told they would get back to me. At least this time they called and gave me a teardown estimate and what they thought was wrong. I said ok, let’s see. Then I spoke with an outside mechanic who said that was an impossibility. I called them back and said stop! I want my mower returned to me and I do not want to pay another delivery fee. Was told I need to speak to Mr. *****. Then a different employee got on the phone snd put words in my mouth and got testy. Finally said he would have Mr. ***** call me. I said have him call me tomorrow. Which was a Saturday. No call and I have heard nothing since. They have now had my mower since the end of May 2022. I had originally told them I did not want to go broke repairing the mower but they had not told me anything about what was going on. And I have called and made trips to their shop.
