    I signed up for a high speed home WiFi/internet service. I paid for the entire years service up front (a promotion they were offering). About a week ago the service stopped. I contacted my service rep and he informed me the company was sold. After multiple requests to the service rep in addition to sending multiple emails to the company (***********************) I have received no response whatsoever. I have no WiFi/internet service and cannot get anyone to respond. The contract I attached is for a 2nd home service I had with this company. Although this doesn’t pertain to my current issue it’s the only document I have showing the company name, address and phone #. It is for reference only again it does not pertain to my current contract or issue.

    I am a customer and my Internet went down 12/5/2024. Despite repeated attempts to contact them we have yet to hear back or get any information on the outage. My neighbor also has their service and his dropped as well. I just paid them for a one year subscription earlier this year, $985.

    Signed up for a 1 year internet service in May 2024, paid for 1 year in advance. Had issues with multiple devices sent to me by **********************. They "dropped" me as a customer in September and refuse to provide even a partial refund. With the issues I had with the equipment, I received only about 4 months of service. Additional calls, emails and texts to the company have resulted in empty promises or no response.

    Ordered internet service from Steadfast on September 16, 2024. Modem was received and tried within 3 days of order. Service would not work at my location, contacted steadfast to return modem within the 14 days allowed. The modem was returned as stated in the TOS. (I had to contact them twice before they issued the RMA for this). After the return, I contacted them again to see when the credit for the service would be done. I was told that the credit was issued on the 6th of October. They were to have sent me the credit authorization number by email, which I still have not received. The 3rd time I contacted them was on the 16th of October in which I was told that the credit had been issued and that they had inadvertently sent the notice to the wrong email address. I gave them the correct email address, and they still have not sent it. According to the TOS it could take up to 10 business days for this to show up on my credit card. It has now been more that 10 business days, I have checked my account and no credit for this has been issued, nor do I have the authorization number for the credit.
