    Very unsatisfied!!! Paid $3400 for leveling kit, rims, tires, and mounting and balancing, plus all labor!! I took out a loan and paid up front… they kept my truck at the shop for 3 months and I made the first payment on the loan thinking they would be done.. another month goes by and they keep making excuses as to why they can’t get it done this and that so I tell them to give me JUST the rims and tires and I will put them on myself.. I also told them I wanted a refund for labor, leveling kit and mounting and balancing. THEY DID NOT REFUND EVEN WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD! My credit was amazing before I applied.. now it is down to 516 because they *********** me! Pretty sure the business got shut down right after I had got ripped off. I don’t know what to do because the ****** Wisetack loan program they got me to use is ruining my credit and I’m not paying for products I did not receive!

    Very unsatisfied!!! This isn't the place it used to be..
    Them: bout 3 days to get the parts
    3 weeks later parts finally come in.. can't get me in that week (on a Wednesday).. bring it Monday morning we will get right to it then. It's a 2 hour job max.. trucks there Monday when they open.. never started it.. finally picked up Tuesday 4 and a half weeks later and didn't do half what they said they were that they owed me. Charged me my money up front.. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone anymore

    Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. After being told about this place by a friend I ordered and paid for atv tires and rims on August 29th of 2022 it's now September 23rd and I've still yet to receive them. I was told originally it would be 7 to 10 days after calling the 12th day was told it would be another week. One week later I call to be told it'll be next Tuesday until they arrive. Finally Tuesday shows up and low and behold no tires or rims. They said itll be 2 more days but theyd say friday to be safe. I ask if I can get a refund then as I'm almost a month waiting for them to show I was told I can and can't that they couldn't give me a refund until the tires arrived and then are sent back to the shipper and then I'd receive my money. Went down to keesler filed a claim and had to change my debit card number of 10 years but at least I got my money back unlike the other unfortunate people who have been scammed by these people. Don't let them rob you and keep you waiting. Plus I was told by the bank to check into their bankruptcy records enough said there. Seems like they may be N2deep over their heads so don't waste your time with this half rate tire shop make sure you do your research I got lucky that keesler has dealt with them and their shady business before. Had I paid in cash tho I'm sure I'd be screwed. Called up to ********** ****** and told the guy what happened he said they actually carry their stuff in store and don't have to ship it so I can actually get what I paid for. How crazy is that? You'd almost think that's how your supposed to run a business! Can't wait for N2Deep to finally call and say the "tires arrived" so I can tell them exactly where they can go.
