    On 08/14/23, the ************* M. B. Church, located at ******************************* issued a $10,984.95 to Quality Engineering Construction *** of *******, MS for a purchase and installation of a Generac generator. The check cleared our bank account on 08/15/23. After I continued to get the run around about the delivery and installation date, I sent them a Notice of Cancellation on 10/24/23, and requested a refund of our money. To date, we have not received our money.

    On 12/6/23 ******* ******** Came to my home from Quality Engineering in Fayette Mississippi to go over details of my Generac installation and we signed a contract. I wrote him a check which he cashed immediately and as of present have not received my Generac unit. I have spoke with several people at this company even had my son to go with me to this business and see why they haven’t installed my unit since December of last year. I have been getting the run around from this company and I feel like this company has scammed me and now I want my money back. I just experienced recently a horrible storm that came through my area and I lost power for days and it would have been very helpful if I would have had my unit but every time I reach out to this company who Generac themselves referred me to they just keep giving me the run around and ignoring me.

    I purchased a Generac generator from quality engineering and construction. The generator has not worked in over a year. I keep having to follow up, and rarely get a return phone call or text message. The generator does not work. I have had to leave my home on multiple occasions due to electrical outage up to three days in freezing temperatures.During the summer, I lost all refrigerated/frozen food while out of town and a power outage occurred.The manager for quality engineering and construction has not returned. One phone call.While up a temporary generator, their truck broke the top of my septic tank. They have remained silent on that issue.

    I was quoted $11,696.53 for Generac by Quality Construction and Engineering LLC to be purchased and installed which included gas connection was purchased on 3/1/23. Work was completed approximately 6/20/23-6/22/23.My gas company (Herrington) explained to me that I would have to pay for my own gas connection and Quality Construction and Engineering LLC would have to reimburse me because they charged me in advance for the connection and did not complete the gas connection . QCE agreed that there would be a reimbursement/refunded of $1,863.69 from them in the form of a check, however I never received my check I've reached out to them several times and left voicemails they won't return my calls. I communicated with ******** and ***** from Quality Construction & Engineering LLC.
