  Promised Land CS is a blessed place! From the director to the staff; from the start of the day to the end of the day, you are greeted by smiling faces and real love. Each child is seemingly so happy in the environment. Every time I enter I’m left encouraged. The director has such a big heart for the children, she loves them all as her own and they LOVE her!! ?? Every child should be left in the care of a place like PLCS, if they aren’t able to attend. It’s the kind of child care that every parent prays that they can find to help teach, train, develop, and love their children.
  Thank you PLCS director and staff for coming together to make this place more than just a school, but a safe haven full of the love of Jesus Christ.

  This is such a loving preschool. The staff is amazing! It’s hard as a parent to leave your child in the care of others. But sometimes we have no choice due to work.

  On 7/22/22:I would give a zero if I could. It’s is very unfortunate and sad because all of the staff are so nice, welcoming and friendly but the director. ********* can be sweet until you ask questions for clarity or questions she feels she doesn’t need to answer. However, my son loved it there, so I bit the bullet and let my husband do most of the interactions with her. I’ve never had issues with any of the other staff. We did not receive communication about a picnic that the kids supposedly started doing every Friday, so I had to run and find something to bring for my son last Friday. We were told that it will continue until ********* said otherwise. We didn’t receive any additional reminder or communication about it in Brightwheel this week so my husband asked if we needed to bring a lunch today in the Brighteheel yesterday, but we didn’t get a response. I called twice this morning before we dropped my son off but didn’t get an answer. When we dropped my son off this morning, my husband asked one of my son’s teachers about it and she confirmed that us bringing a lunch on Fridays for my son would be ongoing for a little while. She was very nice about it. We apologized and I told her we’d be back with his lunch later. They eat lunch around 11. We came back at 10:30 and we’re told that ********* said today would be my son’s last day because we said there was a lack of communication (my husband NEVER said that) and that we were told last week to bring lunches on Fridays. She also said there was a message sent in Brightwheel, which my husband showed her that we never received. My husband was never rude. ********* was just talking to me on Wednesday. So this makes what happened today even more confusing. The lady proceeded to say that ********* stated that we had to go ahead and take my son home. She packed all of his things and brought them to the car. My husband and I were LIVID! ********* is very unprofessional and rude and does not have the heart to serve people.

  Dear Mrs. De**** ****** ****, we hate that you took time to post a negative review about Promise Land Christian School that specifically addresses me. Though PLCS is a leader in early Christian education internationally, we do find it necessary at times to distance ourselves from certain interactions. Unfortunately, I tried on numerous occasions to assist you and most efforts succeeded, however your lack of respect and constant harassment would not be tolerated. We truly miss our little angel and we wish you all the love, joy, and success your heart can hold.

  Let's be honest. You called to apologize after the incident, stating "it was a lack of communication on your end." I have not talked to you or attempted to contact you since early February, aside from me calling the school to verify my needed a lunch on for Friday, July 22. So how am I harassing you? You have, however, reached out to myself and husband since the event. So, that makes you the harasser and also a bully. My review is about the poor management my family received from you as the director your lack of genuine care and concern for my son. You would not have treated my son the way you did if you "really cared for and miss him" like you state that you do. As Christians, we must take criticism to become better, not be so proud and obnoxious to where you feel entitled and like you are never in the wrong. There is a reason you cut off the reviews for google and removed your Facebook page. I hope you seek the love and peace you need to help you treat people better. God Bless!
