      Getting the run around on my claim for an accident had the wreck on A Monday they cancelled me the very next day its going on 3 weeks and Im still Getting the run around. Will be reporting to the BBB I used to recommend Safeway to everyone but wont anymore. Will definitely be telling people to stay away this business basically scammers! Their adjusters are very rude and obnoxious as well. I work hard for my money to give it to them every month for a service they wont honor !

      I was in an accident 12/01/2022. My son and I were hit from the rear and the company acts as if it's my fault. The claim number for my case is *******************.

      I'm canceling my policy with Safeway. I'm literally watching my Daughter try to get reimbursed for an accident that was not her fault but a customer of Safeway (my insurance company) and they are giving her the run around also, told her the policy was expired 3 days prior to the accident however it was verified by the police at the time of the accident the it was active.
      I am canceling because my money is valuable to me and I don't want someone or myself to get the run around if an accident do occur. This is sad it reminds me of Hurricane Katrina Insurance Scams. I am willing to pay more for peace of mind.
      I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews on a site called "wallethub" before I accepted them and told others about them. I will definitely be speaking with the others about their policies, this experience and all of the reviews.
      There should be a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT for they treat their customers and claimants according to the reviews on the other site.

Ms. ******** was informed of the entire process and she was satisfied with the follow up from our office today. *** ******** will be sending a letter to Ms. ******** to bring this review to a final resolution.
