I have been seeing this clinic for 4 years. If you miss your appointment its a $100 fee. They called me yesterday the day before my appointment and I paid over $200 dollars for my next day appointment and a fee for missing my appointment previously that I never agreed to. I made a mistake and told the girl who called me I didnt want adderall anymore. I had been off of it for a year and it really made me feel bad and that I also had Covid currently. Well I missed my appointment by an hour today as I overslept and now they charged me the $100 and claim they cant see me anymore?!?!?! Wow. These people really care about their patients. They want one thing. Money. They want to proscribe you the medicine that gives them the most kick backs they dont care about the side affects it gives the patient. Stay far away from these people. The front desk is the rudest set of young girls I have ever encountered. They will call me again in 6 months saying I have an appointment I didnt make and try to charge me again. Im leaving this here for my proof. The only was this issue can be resolved is by shutting this s*** show down. Thanks. Do yourself a favor and never book an appointment with them.

I have had three appointments with the said clinic and they have all gone terribly wrong ??. I’ve never dealt with such inconsiderate people in my life. I have major issues with my mental health and they have been no help at all. They’ve even gone to the point of fraudulently filing Claims and and collecting co-pays when they should have . My last appointment with said nurse practitioner, it took her an entire week to call in my prescriptions into the pharmacy. I asked for a new doctor and of course today was my virtual appointment, time @ 1:30pm, needless to say, I didn’t receive a call, nor email link to join my telemedicine appointment. When, I contacted them, I was told she was currently with another client and there was no phone number to contact the doctor. I want a refund for my co- pays that they have taken from me for the past two months and an apology. This shouldn’t be happening to me at all. I don’t even know how they are even in business. No one ??? knows anything about anything and there’s always an excuse for their lack of communication and empathy for their patients. I don’t plan on referring anyone to this place and for everything they have put me through, they shouldn’t be in business.
