      They had advertised a used mobile home on Facebook Marketplace. I went, viewed, and purchased the home. I was under the impression they would deliver the home and set it up. That was not the case. They gave me two names of deliveries. Only one was authorized to deliver and setup the home. But was unwilling and told me they would put me on their todo list. I had to call around at near by home centers to find someone to deliver the home. Finally found someone to deliver it. But still no one to setup the home. **** ********** of Pontotoc Home Center sole me the home. But that was it. No further help was provided. So beware of buying a home out of state. Confirm that they will deliver and setup, especially if you are buying from a home center specialized to do so.

      Buying a mobile home from Regional in Dothan was the Worst mistake of my life! I've been trying for over a year to get them to fix the multiple problems that my home has and now they won't even return my calls or texts. They've promised me over and over to fix them and have repeatedly lied to me.ive already stopped 2 customers from buying from them and I'll continue to recommend that no one buys from them. The list of problems that I have is too long to list. After I signed the paperwork, it's been a nightmare. All they care about is getting it sold. After that you're nothing to them but an aggregation. I would NEVER RECOMMEND buying Anything from them!!!

      09/07/2024 My experience with the *******, ** office is a nightmare. From ordering, getting a loan, closing, to getting the home setup they have failed at every opportunity. Don't waste your time. There are much better alternatives to find a good business practicing manufacturer than Regional Homes *******, ** office. When you are dealing with buying a home you want to avoid incompetence at all costs. They are swimming in incompetence. I'm not conveying that all of Regional Homes are bad. I'm sharing my experience with the *******, ** location.

      House sinking and windows breaking just after one year warranty expired. First they said theyd help after pulling our file and seeing warranty just ended. Now all of a sudden they wont. We are getting representation

      Great product and outstanding service! ****** and ****** make the home buying process so easy! If you’re looking for a modular or mobile home you can’t beat Regional Homes of Brunswick.

      Bought a home in Sept 2022 and as of today May 23rd 2024 minimal repairs have been done to the home. I have been ignored and giving the run around whenever I get in touch with someone about the issues. The home is not complete in the inside, trims and doors are not up, there is electrical problems, AC is not hooked up correctly and there are water leaks in the bathroom.
      I have emailed, called, texted, had legal documents sent to them and they say they will get someone out but that never happens. I was told that the manufacture of the home went out of business and they are unable to get the supplies I need. They offer no compensation for this inconvenience as I've been staying with family members putting me in a financial bind. Please don't waste your time, money, or energy dealing with these crooks.

      Bought a home in July 2023 and as of today may 9th 2024 very little repairs have been done to the home they ignore every response we send to get home fixed and all these issues where present in the house within a week of the house being put on the property
      We have emailed, called, texted, posted on social medial along with commenting on live videos about our issues and they say they will get someone out but that never happens
      Run from these people they are a bunch of crooks and scam artist

      Well waiting months , 160k down finally started foundation if we don’t pay up for all the money . They will stop progress . The new manage had his lackey tell us he’s stopping progress today. Attorney tomorrow

      Beware. The walls are so thin it’s like tissue paper, shotty work and when there is an issue you can’t get anyone from Regional to give you an answer or a call back of when it will be fixed much less have the house put together correctly in the first place. Took us months of complaints to finally have someone come out to finish the floor seal in living room that should have been done on the initial job. These people work hard and fast to make a sale but once they make it they don’t rush to get anything done or fix issues when it was their mistake in the first place. We bought a Bravo home through them and the walls are so cheap you can’t wipe them, the cat scratched a line through it and there is no seal around our tub so the water is ruining the walls even when we are careful, this was our dream home and now it’s a nightmare thanks to Hamilton homes and Regional homes of Dothan. ****** changed the cabinets in our laundry room and the color of the cubbies in the living room and her only solution was “we can paint them”. The trim is all pressed particle board and extremely cheap. 50% of our windows are crooked and won’t open correctly. Extremely disappointed with this company. Would not recommend. I wish we would have known they had an F for the BBB before we shopped with them. Only good experience was the actual workers when they finally came out to fix the bare minimum on our list because we wanted to be done with this company. Horrible horrible experience. Management was no better. Don’t buy Hamilton or Bravo homes through them. They are trash. Idk how they sleep at night selling these crappy homes to innocent families. Shame on you all.

      I don't advise anyone to good to TUPELO HOME CENTER in TUPELO Ms.. They are a bunch of liars and crooks still waiting on them to come fix **** from April and its October.. Just called a couple of weeks ago with a water leak they still haven't showed up.. Don't waste your time or money dealing with these crooks!!! Negative 10 stars for me!!!
