      Upon bringing an issue to the attention of the owner regarding one of his employees carelessness with my vehicle (including leaving my door unsecured and partially open on the side of the location I had it towed to until i got off work) I received an unprofessional response from him; he became hostile, belligerent, and hung up in my face saying I was accusing his employee of wrongdoing (as if any of his employees are incapable of such). Then he called me back just to argue and not handle the issue or my concerns properly. He cursed me and I would not recommend his services to anyone. Then again, you may have better luck than I did on that day if he is in a good mood. I was polite the entire time (I was raised to be respectful no matter what) and his response caused more distress than he will ever know. I pray he improves his communication style/skills and recognize when it is time to set his personal issues aside and be a respectable "owner" and not let it it get in the way of how he approach or handle business. Because obviously he was already having a rough day. I did not deserve the reaction/response I received but I'm explaining my experience with certain staff members (mainly the "owner") and I hope whoever reads this review have a better experience with them.
