    I came to Davisons Roll-Up Tire in a bind, hoping for help. My tires were riding so bad it felt unsafe to keep driving, and I needed replacements immediately. They showed me two used tires I wasnt thrilled about but they insisted they were good quality and the only ones available in my size.With no other option and trusting their word, I bought them, under the impression there was a 30-day warranty in case something went ********** forward: within those 30 days, those tires rode just as badly as the ones I replaced. I couldnt take it anymore. Rather than go back to the same shop that already told me they had no other options, I bit the bullet and bought a brand new set of tires from a different ******** now Im stuck with two nearly useless tires the ones I bought here and I go back to Davisons to return them under the warranty. Thats when they hit me with the fine print:The 30-day warranty only covers damage not ride quality, not performance, not a refund.Thats the part that really stings. I was upfront, honest, and vulnerable when I came in. They knew I had no other options, and now it feels like they just wanted the sale not to help. I trusted them. And in the end, I walked away with tires I cant use, no refund, and the feeling that they saw me coming from a mile away.If you're in a tight spot and counting on honesty and integrity look somewhere else.
