Worst locally privately ran water system that I have EVER dealt with from the initial setup (paid a deposit that should not have been warranted) to the lack of professionalism dealing with being cursed out by a belligerent street thug employee to having an unprofessional undereducated loud taking so-called department manager that never goes into the field argue with me about the fact that she claims to know where her workers are at all times and that they do good work when I witness him along with several city workers wasting city (citizen paid) time hanging out together at a this house in my neighborhood as I was moving in over on Williams St. They delayed turning my water on, they made false claims about how the toilet and water was feeding into the house, they illegally had some fake home rehab done on my drain lines without my permission (the renter cannot give that permission), they allowed some liar to call in and disrupt my water service, they sent two sewer buffoons out from the sewer department that recorded themselves making a mockery of me a disabled decorated veteran after I tried twice to let them know that the drain issue is on the city side - I paid a legal plumbing service to test and record their findings after these people forced water backwards into my lines and sprayed it into my floorboards - they found the issue at my house and at **** too - something that these crooks put in both lines, they illegally as of date have delayed water readings and have tampered with my water pressure over the last three weeks making the water pressure drop and have now cause it to drop down to a trickle, it appears to be off - I saw a criminal in all black roaming down the street at 6:30 am headed towards St Charles. These people have allowed their city employees to harass me trying to get paid extra money for services they have not rendered and that they failed to perform correctly the first time. Horrible and unprofessional people in that public works.
