    On today 11/15/24 I visited my local sonic. The employee brought my food and left out the kids meal drink. Upon my daughter tasting her Buttery Brew drink, it was not properly made. It wasn’t even mixed and had way too much caramel. Even with her stirring, it was bad. I requested an easier drink which was also $2.89, same as the small we had. She came back and said the manager said I needed to pay again. Although she kept the returned drink, I needed to pay for a replacement drink and she can’t refund the improperly made drink. She said I had to call the 800 number to request the refund. I did what she said, called 800 number and they say Oh, we can’t give partial refunds. We can only give you a refund for a free slush. This is a scam. How can the store say we can’t give refund for app purchases and then the 800 app employees are told to tell customers they can’t offer a partial refund either, forcing customers to settle for a measly coupon. This way, they keep all money whether you received food or not. This should be illegal. It most definitely is dishonest. They added an onion ring coupon and told me I can’t have my money back on my card as requested.
