    I purchased a 2020 GMC Yukon Denali XL from **** ******** Buick on August 27, 2024. This vehicle had approximately ****** miles on it when I purchased it which meant it was still under manufacturers warranty. Three weeks after purchasing this vehicle it began having issues. While driving, it would shift out of gear. Sometimes we would have to disconnect the battery to get it to turn off and reset. We took it back to the dealership. They had it for four days and said they couldnt find an issue. We got it back and two days later it happened again. When we took it back to the dealership, they had it for over a week. When we got it back, the same issue happened again a half mile from the dealership. They came and got it and this time they had it for over two months. They told us they replaced the transmission. We got it back and had it for a day and the same thing happened. This time, we took it back, they had it for over a month. They said they couldnt find an issue. I filed a lemon law complaint with ** and they said the claim was denied but would not tell me why.

    Lemon law doesnt pertain to new vehicles. We tried everything we could to fix the issue, even after, we would drive the vehicle to replicate the problem and could never get it to replicate. If possible I would love to try to take the vehicle to one of our other GM locations to see if they could have the issue resolved.

    I took my 2020 gmc canyon to **** brother July 27th because the check engine light came on. On August 15th the warranty *** Approved for them to work on it. I have called them twice a week since. All they said we are working on it. They said it would be ready on September 11th, but after test driving it the light came back on .as of today Sept 16th after I called them they sent me a tex at 5:00 stating that they are still working on it. The days for rental has ran out and they stated they couldn't given me a service vehicle. They couldn't reimburse me for the week I kept the rental beyond the contract time

    On Wed Oct 2nd I informed them that another person was having the same problem. After I advised them what this person did.  They ordered the part put it on today Oct 4th and I pick my truck up at 5:30 . They still owe me for the renter $320.00 that the warranty didn't pay. The warranty only payed for three weeks, which is in the agreement. After that **** was responsible for a service vehicle. They refused to assist me.

    There is a piece of molding missing on the drive side behind the wheel 

    The indicator for oil change keep coming on.  They said they changed the oil . Truck was dust inside and front end had been knocked out of alignment.  This has gone beyond bad service. I sent them pictures of everything.  No respond .

    Since September 16, we attempted to contact **** ************************** several times, but they wouldn't answer the phone.  The only way we could contact the service department was to call the sales department who always answered immediately.  They would say they would have the service department call me back, but they did not.  We finally talked to the service manager, Mr. *** on Sept 23.  He promised to have the vehicle ready by Friday, Sept 27 or that he would give us a loaner vehicle, that we would not have to pay our warranty deductible, and that he would give us some free oil changes.  The truck was not ready, we did not get a loaner vehicle.  He called on Monday, Sept 30 and said the light was still coming on.  I asked them to send the truck to ******* GMC in ********** ** and he said he would, but did not.  I asked them to check the capless gas tank because I had read on the internet that the service engine light can come on if there is an issue with the gas cap.  They replaced that part and the check engine light went out.  They called for us to pick our truck up on Friday, October 4.  They charged us for an oil change and the deductible.  When I reminded the employee of the promise of Mr. **** he said that he was the head manager and that he was not going to honor that because he did not recall saying that.  He was very rude.  The truck was very dusty inside and out when we picked it up.  The gas has been ran out of it and was not replaced.  On Saturday, Oct 5, I was washing the truck off and noticed that a piece of outside molding was missing from the truck and the oil change warning came on.  I took photos of these issues and sent them to **** ******** but have not received any communication from them as of today, October 29, 2024.

    We do not believe we ran the vehicle out of gas nor broke the molding. ****** *** is an outstanding manager and person who would absolutely do whatever he told a customer he would do. We are sorry that there was confusion, after bad reviews and complaints we are ok with ending the business relationship

    I bought a 2017 ford fusion in October of 2023 with less than 80,000 miles on it. little did i know that the car had a well-known defect in the motor which is a coolant intrusion. After doing research i found that there is a class action lawsuit against ford for this very reason. While trying to pass another vehicle, my car stalled, the high temp light came on, the car would not accelerate then it loss power. I took the car to Kirk Brothers which is where i bought it and they diagnosed it with a coolant intrusion. They are the ones who informed me that this is a common issue with these engines. my insurance would not pay for repairs because of this reason. Kirk Brothers said that there is nothing they can do. According to the customer satisfaction program at ford. Kirk Brothers should have inspected the car then it would have been placed on recall due to the fact that they had it when it was still under the warranty. There is a recall on these cars but not on mine which has all the criteria to be on the list. Apparently, they neglected to do the inspection and inform ford that my car should be on recall. Now I'm stuck with an unsafe car that i still have to pay for and can't afford to get fixed. I filed a complaint with the national highway transportation safety administration and see that there are many complaints. Why are these dealerships allowed to sell people these unsafe cars.

    There are no active recalls for the Ford Fusion that Mr. ***** has, nor were there any when we sold him the vehicle originally. I will be happy to provide transportation to Mr. ***** while his vehicle is being repaired. I have attached the internal repair order showing we did inspect the Fusion that was outside of Factory Warranty when it was purchased by him (78,821 miles). We also spent $1000 on brakes and alignment to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive and road worthy. If there was any recall that needed to be done or a way to get this issue solved with Ford Motor Company we would be more than happy to assist. I do understand Mr. *****'s complaint and his frustration.
