    On July 26th I purchased 2 fishing electronics from **** that he had posted on Facebook marketplace through his business. He 1st informed me that he needed a $200 deposit to hold items which I paid through venmo. Then after I got paid I sent him the remaining $900 through cash app. He created a shipping lable and told me he was heading to post office. That's the last time I heard from him. Still haven't received items or been able to contact him through many attempts!

    I talked to **** ******** on March 15 after leaving him a voicemail earlier that day inquiring about a fishing charter on April 4. He said he would need a deposit if $200 to secure the spot, which I sent via Venmo. As the date approached I reached out via text and phone messages inquiring about the location and time to meet on April 4, but never heard from **** again. I have left several messages, sent texts since that date and have not gotten a response. When I requested the $200 via Venmo he declined.
