I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this repair shop. The communication regarding updates was virtually nonexistent, and it took over a month to get my car back. To my surprise, the actual repair work was outsourced to people not employed at the location, which was never communicated to me beforehand. Moreover, the owner, Mr. *******, demonstrated a lack of professionalism. He raised his voice at me several times and unfairly blamed me for issues arising during the repair process. Furthermore, he attempted to overcharge me by $2000 over the initial quote. When I reminded him of the relevant Mississippi law prohibiting such overcharges without prior agreement, he responded disrespectfully.I would not recommend this shop due to their poor customer service, lack of transparency, and Mr. *******'s unprofessional behavior.

Can't really be trusted on quality and honesty. Went in with a boost problem on sprinter in limp mode. Charged me 1hr to tell me nothing was wrong. While looking at the engine I saw slit in hose. Was told nothing came out of it when they ran the engine but if I felt better I could tape it up. I did and it whistled like a flute. They should have know it required boost power before anything would go in that hose! When I left, the AC didn't work anymore. It was working fine all the way up from Florida and prior to arriving there. Don't trust they didn't put a screwdriver in the condenser. Claimed it was a rock!!!
Then the tech lost a clip. He couldn't find it. He ended up zip tying the connector. Now my turn signal is not working. They also failed to replace the AC port covers. I contacted them and they blew me off. Stay away!

I waited 57 days for a transmission mount and ac lines to be repaired. Reviewed their work and saw the shotty job that was performed, confronted the owner and was yelled at. I’m filing a complaint with the AG for their work and awful practices.
