    I need advertising mailing to stop at my address. It is being addressed to an individual that no longer lives at my address

    Lying concerning their birthday rewards.IVs own rules state that a IV insider will receive a reward in their birthday month. I asked customer service about this and I was told no I dont get a reward for my birthday. In IVs own rules there are no qualifiers. So why was I refused? I felt like a red headed step child. It may be small, but if this done to thousands of clients it adds up

    ************** was sent a Birthday Mystery Code Email Offer- the email was sent on 12/16/2023.  Guest is emailed a codeWhen they visit the property, they enter the kiosk at one of the kiosks to reveal their birthday slot view play prize amount.  He received the same offer last year as well.  If ************** is not receiving his emailed offers I will be glad to follow up further.

    My husband and I **** ****** living in an apartment complex and the mailbox is very small and is for all residents within the complex. Therefore, Island View is filling our mailbox with all the advertising mailers, and it is taking over our mailbox. We only visited your casino one time and will not come back. Therefore, we request that you take our name off your advertising mailers immediately as of today. Please do not let me go any further and I expect that you will make sure that our request will be done immediately.
