    My husband and I used Mobile MS Squad to provide repair service on our Maytag Smart Washer. Our washer abruptly stopped filling with water during the washing cycle. Our washer was and had power when we brought it to Mobile MS Squad. We met Mr. ******* at the store location, and he informed us that he was the owner. We expressed to him our concern with our washer, and he said that he has seen this issue all the time with the model washer, and he guaranteed he could repair it. He also let us know that he provided a (90) day warranty for all washer repairs and stated that it would be under $200 for the whole repair. We agreed to the repair. Two weeks passed and we heard nothing from Mr. ******* on our washer. We decided to call him and check on our washer. Mr. ******* answered our call and stated that he was wrong about the issue, and he needed to replace the motor because he believed that would fix the issue. He then stated that with the motor it would be $225 instead of the guaranteed price under $200. He said that the motor cost more, so he had to comp his cost but guaranteed that it was be fixed with the new motor and he also mentioned his (90) day warranty. We proceeded with repair. Over 2 weeks pass after this and still no word or contact from Mr. *******. We call him and he reports that he has the motor, and it should be repaired in a few days. Three days later he calls and says we need to get it within (24) hours. We obtain the washer and set it up at home and it does not power on. Our washer will not turn on and has no power. We call Mr. ******* and he says that it is not his problems as he repaired what was needed. Then said we call pay $65 for them to diagnose it and see what new issue was wrong. We literally never got to use the washer after we brought it home from his shop. He then said he only does (90) day warranty on parts and not the repair service. He hung up on me and told me to never contact him again. This was Jan-27-2024.
