      Can't seem to log into my account(s) this morning. Keep getting error message on four browsers, firefox, windows edge, chrome, safari, etc. Can't pay bills, make transfers, send messages, etc. i have tried several times on four browsers and my cookies and cache have been cleared. See screenshots of error messages (500 and 404),I keep getting.

      I would definitely not recommend Keesler at all! I have been a member for over 7 years. I have 2 auto loans with them and have made my payments monthly over my mobile app. In February I was in a wreck at no fault of my own and my vehicle was totaled. My insurance took over 2 months to pay out so Keesler has locked me out of my online account. Every Time i want to make a payment, I have to call them and verify my identity. I just called collections department to set up automatic ACH on my car (insurance didn't pay all that was owed) and auto ACH on my truck. Mind you, they call me everyday for money and send me enotices to an account that they locked me out of; Collections could not set up the ach or the future payment next week and gave me the number to member services. I then called them and tried to set up a payment for my truck on the 16th (next Friday) and set up automatic ACH every 2 weeks so that I don't have to call every time and verify. They said they cannot set up the payment for next week and that I would have to call back on that day to pay, then told me they would have to send me 2 forms for the ACH and would charge me 10.00 each to set the ach up! I have never dealt with this kind of stupidity! I then set up a live chat where I explained the situation, told them they locked me out of my account and what did they do? Sent me online instructions on how to sign in to my account and pay. IDIOTS. I just told you that ya'll locked me out of my account! I then asked for the main boss information and the chat was disconnected. The live agent was *******. I will never go back here after my loans are paid off!!! I had to choose 1 star for this to post but they aren't even worth that!

      I would not recommend Keesler Federal to anyone. They allowed someone to steal $2700 from an account I have there. Because a 90-day window had passed before it was discovered there was nothing they could do. That has never happened with my main bank.

      I have been very happy overall with KFCU. The only practice I disapprove of, would be "bate and switch" on their interest rate quotes. I called and explained in detail, what I was buying and got quotes. Then showed up to make the loan, a few hours later. The rate went up. Still willing to make the loan. Printed the papers and it had credit life. i didn't ask for this add on. The rate went up again, when the papers where printed, because, I didn't want the add on. Then after 2 hours of trying to get this loan and getting jerked around, like I was dealing with a used car salesman. I was told "closing time, we will do this tomorrow." The next morning, I got up, called Pelican FCU and was quoted a 3% lower rate. So, I used Pelican. Pelican didn't jerk me around with add ons, but did bait and switch too. They went up 1% before all was said and done, but was still 2% cheaper on the rate, than KFCU. Everytime, I try to make a auto/ Rv loan. It has been almost the same, with ad ons pushed on me, or I will have to pay a higher rate. Other than the loan problem, they are great, I recommend them to everyone.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BOTS. If you want to know what I mean by that, look at the responses below from every complaint filed here with the better business bureau and you will see canned, standard, boiler plate repsonses that end with the statement " call us at ...... to discuss". That is so laughable for anyone on this list. We have all tried mutliple time to call and not only does no one ever answer, but no call is ever returened. But when you read their canned boiler plate responsed below they all say "We apologize for your experience and any inconvenience caused. After further investigation, we know that team members have previously communicated with you regarding this and have also tried multiple times to contact you recently. Please call us at 1-888-533-XXXX, and we will be glad to discuss further."
      Laughable, of course, (if you are not one of their victims reaching out here for help dealing with them anyway). Why is the better business bureau not doing anyting about this?.

      I have banked with Keesler for over 10 years. I dealt with nice people. There is new people coming and going there and there's always the same old faces also. Recently I had the worst experience ever... The worst. Now remember, I have a joint account with someone, and I went to cash his check. Months prior, he asked them if I could cash his checks and they told him yes. I never cashed it for him until the other day. Now remember I come to this particular bank for years, and I know everyone faces. I never had any problem until now. When I walked in, I did know the old woman's face who walked up behind the teller. I found out that she was the teller supervisor and now that I think about it, she might have caused the chain of events. Instead of her directing the girl in the right direction she told her something that caused a bad reaction. So I asked if I could cash that check because I was told I could. She said that something was wrong with my account and I needed him to cash it. I asked her could I deposit it for him she said no. Now this girl is getting smart with me and was very rude. I said okay give me the check. She grabbed the check as I had a slight hold on it and marked numbers on it. Before she started marking numbers on the check with her short Ewalk fingers. I asked her what was she doing and she smiled and said nothing. I got out of character for a moment and asked her why did she do that. The manager ran out her office asked her what was those numbers and she said, "THOSE ARE MY NUMBERS". Okay... I later found out the numbers meant reject. She even lied and told the lady that she did not tell me I could not deposit the check. I ended up getting the marked up check and call cooperate. Someone asked me what do I want them to do. I said some thing like, they need more training. What I dealt with was a bias person who treat certain people with disrespect. I now I believe she is with a company who backs her up 100%.
