      ******* ******** from Mr. Electric was at my house for 5min and charged us $235 just to attach a small light fixture and put a bulb in, the wiring was all ready attach all he had to due was put it up and put in a light bulb. Then he said he was going to give us a discount and charge $212. We had an estimate of $80 from another company but they couldn't come out. He didn't tell us the price until after the work was done, so imagine our surprise when he said $235 for 5min. I contacted the company to make a complaint about the price and was told that that's the price to put in a light fixture, I tried to explain he didn't put in a new light fixture he just attached it and put in a bulb, but apparently he put something different on his work order to charge us that amount. I told the manager I was going to write a bad review and contact the BBB. After that he contacted my husband and afford a $100 refund that he was going to send in the mail. My advice if you do choose to use this company and can pick the person to come to her home and you value your money and don't want to get scammed DO NOT USE ******* ********.

      First, we apologize Mrs. ***** did not receive the 5 Star Service we strive to provide.
      Mr. ******** is an excellent electrician with 20+ years’ experience. He is a person of integrity and character respected among his peers and those within the industry. Our jobs are based on ‘Menu’ pricing set by me, not Mr. ********. Per my conversation with Mr. *****, the price was communicated prior to any work beginning. The work was not performed until the customer agreed to the price. It wasn’t until after Mr. ******** exited the job the *****s discussed pricing between themselves, feeling it was higher than they preferred.
      Mrs. ***** contacted our office after Mr. ******** had already exited the job site. Mrs. ***** became belligerent raising her voice stating her intentions leaving Mr. Electric bad reviews and filing a complaint with BBS. I attempted four (4) times to inquire how much she expected to pay if this amount was too high, although price was communicated prior to work beginning. Mrs. ***** discontinued the call at her chosen.
      Mr. ***** called the office a short time later, I did not contact him. We had a civil and productive conversation. After listening to Mr. *****, I asked the same question, how much did you expect this work to cost. Mr. ***** stated he had called another electrician and quoted $80 over the phone however could not perform the work at this time. Although Mr. ***** agreed to our pricing prior to any work beginning I offered to reduce our price to $100 as a sign of good-will. A credit was processed the same in the amount of $105.43. Mr. ***** appeared satisfied with this resolution.
