    I purchased a Whole Home Water Filter on 11/15/2024, from Lizana Pump and Well, I asked for an owners manual , was never supplied with one. After a few weeks of purchase I noticed water was shooting out of the valve, which is not supposed to happen. I called Lizana Pump and Well to come take a look, they came out, eventually, not promptly and ***** the son said they had put the wrong valve on it, he couldnt believe he missed that was what I was told, turns out it was a valve for a water softener not a whole home filter, he said he would order the new valve and come put it on. After about a month still no valve. I texted and called repeatedly and he said he was coming so many times , never showing up. Meanwhile I cant use filter because it was shooting water all over electrical outlets. I turned it off and cant use it without the right part. I told him I was going to take him to court. He said once again he was coming that day, I stayed home all day waiting for him which I had done numerous times before, he never showed, no phone call, nothing. Six months later he still hasnt came to make this right, I finally quit corresponding with him, Ive gathered all the texts and went to courthouse and got paperwork and am planning to file in small claims court soon. At this point I just want him to come get filter and refund my money. I am so tired of dealing with him. We paid $2,500 for this filter, it was a big purchase for us as we have well water and we were so excited to get this filter, which is now useless without the correct part
