    I bought a queen mattress and a power recliner from Grays Furniture on Hwy 49 in Feb 2025. The mattress has been fine, no issues. The chair basically is a $1,000 piece of junk that started coming apart in less than a month. I made an appointment to get the recliner picked up for warranty work and a tech came to the house and just took videos and pictures and scheduled a pickup to take recliner to their shop and fix it a few days later.I called two days after recliner was picked up to see if it was ready and was told they have it on the schedule to work on it next week. I do not understand why the tech told me when he took the video and pictures of the issues that once they picked it up, they would work on it the next day and I should have it back the following day (3 days to pick it up, repair it and bring it back sounded fine).
