  ******* came out to clean my aunts air ducts. the tech said they have the roto rooter machine. He was very inexperienced and didn't not clean the ducts he ran the machine thru the ducts and destroyed the ducts. then when my aunt tried to get them to fix the problem they created they said it wasn't their fault and would not fix the problem they went as low as to make the receptionist call my aunt to tell her that they are not responsible. I would not use Tillmans if they were the only company left in town they are horrible . They take money for destroying senior citizens air conditioner ducts. My aunt had to pay for all new duct work to be installed . be for warned Tillmans heat and air are crooks!! it would not let me leave no stars or I would have

  BEWARE OF ********* ! DISHONEST MANAGEMENT. Also: 1) INFERIOR WORK (required a call out immediately due to techs creating blockage in new duct work they installed being blown in to house; more serious deficiencies presented and were identified by private inspections). 2) REFUSE TO HONOR SERVICE WARRANTY following the private inspections (********* doesn't allow anyone coming behind them to verify deficiencies and will void their warranties.) . 3) REFUSE TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR WARRANTY UPON WHICH THEY BASED THEIR DECISION TO VOID THEIR SERVICE WARRANTY (e.g., having private inspections performed to identify or confirm deficiencies in their work). 4) DEFLECTION and ACCUSING other licensed **** companies for ********* deficient workmanship: *********************, owner, implied in writing that another licensed **** company sabotaged their work... his theory is IMPLAUSIBLE! The **** company ******* is accusing of sabotage ONLY confirmed findings (********* deficiencies) identified by a private, highly regarded MS **** Coast Home Inspector. The **** inspector FOLLOWED the Home Inspector's findings therefore the allegation that the **** company sabotaged ********* work is clearly impossible. 5) PHANTOM, CONVENIENT WARRANTY POLICIES - ********************* chose to void their workmanship warranty stating it is their policy to void their warranty if anyone inspects their work and then REFUSED to provide a copy of their warranty policy upon which was ********* stated basis for voiding the warranty. However, ********* will gladly come out for a CHARGE to fix what they were paid over $11k to fix. Why pay a company more money if they couldn't get it right then allege sabotage when two independent inspections confirm that ********* got it wrong in the first place??Ask yourself WHY would ********* not provide a copy of their workmanship warranty in this situation??

  Our insurance made us use this company it was a disaster they messed up by allowing an apprentice do the work the first time which went through the ceiling in 2 areas messed up a door when the unit itself fell on it while pulling it out of the closet and broke the entire part above the vent under the unit itself I have pictures of the botch job and in the end they didn’t finish the repairs after they were paid they also won’t return calls about the repairs and denies messing up the door when I watched the 2 kids do it one admits it but the other don’t also there is a noise when I called he send the kid back which acted like he didn’t hear it I’m not that old I hear fine come to find out it’s the pump they put in because once again the kids messed up my husband asked if he would fix his mothers house like this and the kid said no we have gave them ample time and their paycheck and they don’t service their customers I had to take off work 4 full days on separate occasions for them to destroy a perfectly fine house up and it’s still messed up I wouldn’t use them again dole is the one running the show and he’s also the one not return my calls
