    March 15, 2025 I hired two men in a truck to move my furniture from one location to another. They charge me $179 an hour plus an extra hundred dollars for Insurance. I was told that the extra hundred dollars covered my furniture or if it happen they will pay full coverage today price value Well on the day of. march 15, 2025 two young guys came out to move my furniture. They broke my king size bed in front of my face. Broke the leg off and they broke the headboard connection to the footboard. I immediately called the company to report it and they gave me an email to email everything to when I emailed them they called me and the lady assured me that someone will come out to look at my bed in my table that was the mover stretched all up, I had to keep calling just to get them to have someone to come out to even look at my bed and tables so when The man came out to fix my kitchen table in the bed. He fixed the stretches on mytable, but he could not fix the bed because the men lost the leg and I reported this to two men in a truck that the leg wasnt here even before their guys left from delivering my furniture. I kept asking the men where is the led to my bed they brought the bed to the new location so the man said it didnt make no sense to try to fix the part of the headboard it wasnt gonna work without the leg hes called two men in a truck and they decided to reach out to the company where my bed came from to try to get another lead. The man was unable to get a leg for the bed two men in a truck gave me a call, and the lady came straight out and asked me didnt they move two beds to my house that day and could sleep in one of those bed I was totally in shock when she asked me that she was very rude on the phone. I asked to speak to her manager. She said that the manager does not talk to customers two days later she called me and offered me $125 and told me that was all that they will do for me and she hung up the phone but they still mailed the check

    We sent our vendor to repair damaged items an all were repaired except for the bed. The bed was missing a leg that was there when our guys left. We were going to send our vendor out to repair it, however, he refused because of how rude the customer was to him. He stated he had to block her number. Therefore, we sent her a check for the amount it would have cost to repair it so she could get a vendor of her choosing to repair it.

    I was trying to seek money back from the company I had a moved for Thursday July 7 but I went to jail on Wednesday July 6 and didn’t get out until Friday July 8 2022 and I called the company to seek my money back and they told me I couldn’t get any money back

    We are sympathetic to the fact that this customer went to jail during her designated move time, however, we were not notified that the move was not going to be able to be completed until after the move was supposed to take place. Our policy is put in place because our schedule is finite and we were not given the opportunity to fill the schedule spot with a different move because of the lack of communication from our customer. We will be sticking to our cancellation policy for this customer.
