  DRAIN CLEANING $433.35 Called to schedule an appointment for a Sunday was told they do not (up-charge) for the weekend. Just wait till you get the pricing though.. Tech was really nice but the service was $433.35!!! He unclogged hair from a drain that took 20 minutes to complete. I called the manager ****, he was asking questions like maybe they have to pull the toilet off to get to the drain or maybe they have to get on the roof. Then provided a line about the cost is expensive due to their insurance etc.. So let me get this right. Your basic service (20 minute drain cleaning) is $400.00 per hour.. They should tell you that when you make the appoitnment also. I reached out to corporate already which sent me to ****. Soooo I will do what I can to help make others aware in the area of these outrageous prices he is charging because he will keep doing it as long as he can. I have already came across similar reviews. Shame.. There are too many people barely making ends meet, hopefully this help them from getting caught up with these price-gouge prices!   So I had an issue with my sewage, I called a name brand, nation wide company who doesn’t listen to me at all! 3310.00 because the tech got his camera stuck and lied and said it was a pipe busted. When they left and I flushed the men’s toilet, it erupted like Mt . St. Helen. I figured 3310.00 I should be able to flush a toilet! So they send another young man back out who was amazing! ****** was kind, courteous, and had a great disposition. He was also knowledgeable and listened to me and had the original issue solved in 30 minutes! Then the owner just tells ME it was some kind of straps. Wait, your tech said a busted pipe. So which is it. I feel like they just took advantage of me fully! It would have cost $300 to fix my issue, but they were too busy coming up with ways to add money and upsell!

  Had them come and replace our garbage disposal and had to twist their arm for an itemized receipt. They upcharged the disposal by $300. Which is insane. On top if that the left a screw out that holds it to the sink and then didn't remove the drain plug for our dishwasher so our dishwasher started to back up. When we called and asked for them to come out snd do it right they gave a lot of attitude and got mouthy saying they need to pay their bills and all that.
  Really unprofessional and poor work. Find someone else if you can.
  UPDATE: Since posting this review they called and said they refuse to fix what they did now because we left a bad review. Had they made the effort to make it right and rectify the situation I would have adjusted the review.
  Definitely don't go through them. Absolutely the worst kind of business.
  Second update. I fixed it myself because they refused to come out due to me posting this review. Was working on the principle of the fact that they messed up the installation and should be responsible for fixing it.

  The customer has took my words and twisted them around, We wanted to go look at the problem but they wouldn’t let us we had a appointment but that went south, the husband went over they and fixed what he said was wrong that’s not how it works 1 call would have got us out there, They decided that cussing was a better way, We stand by our work I hate things isn’t working out for you, and he said we marked up the material $300 is not true we gave them a price to do the job and they signed to do the work before we started, it was after the job was done they had problems with the price But dragging us thru the mud isn’t right, there are things going on there that I will not discuss, or drag them thru the mud. TY ****

  Yeah that's not what happened at all. They yelled at my wife after she asked why they upcharged her so much for the garbage disposal that is $150 dollars. The manager began to berate her about how he needs to pay bills and what not. I posted all that in the review and about 20 minutes after the review was posted. He called back and said they wouldn't come and fix the issue that they caused from the get got. Instead of focusing on the problem and taking care of it he decided to berate my wife on the phone and cuss at her after the review was posted. There isn't any dragging through the mud. There is simply poor service and even poorer customer service.
