      *** observed several complaints about managers/crew with horrible attitudes treating people like they dont appreciate their business. That to me speaks loud about the owner of this company and says they do not value their long term success and goals. I was brought out the wrong order and treated like I was the problem when I called the ************ location in ************, IN and spoke with crew and management a total of 4 times because I kept being hung up on. All I wanted was an ETA on my actual order and a crew member yelled I HAVE NO IDEAL WHAT YOURE TALKING ABOUT and just placed me hold and ultimately hung up the call. When I did finally get a manager, ****** was full of excuses and attitude as well and even told me I missed my opportunity to complain about her since the District Manager brought out my order. She also ended up hanging up on me after she advised I could not speak with that so called district manager. I was not refunded by her and I never got my order. This was a Dominos pizza and I will never eat at another Dominos pizza again or any other franchise this company owns. And I will not stop here with my complaint because I have never been treated so disrespectfully by people I spend my money with.

      This is a terrible company! I had a horrible experience at one of their locations recently in North Louisiana and was charged $81.92 for my order I placed in the amount of $40.96. My order was estimated to be delivered within 29 minutes. It took 2 1/2 hours for me and my grandma to receive our food. The stuffed cheesy was raw in the middle with burnt edges. The loaded tots tasted freezer burnt. The spinach pizza had the spinach on top and it just crumbled like brown leaves.I called and asked to speak to a manager and a guy who said his name was ********* told me he could give me a refund but he had to charge my debit card $25 to do it over the phone. I told him I would just bring it back when I picked up my car in a couple hours. I showed up a couple hours later after picking up my car and the guy at the front counter starts going off about how they don’t do refunds period and another guy right behind him speaks up and explains that he spoke with me already and it was ok. Then the guy at the counter proceeds to open up the food boxes and lifted the pizza itself up to inspect it as well as the cheesy bread to see if I was lying I guess. He tells me he can only refund the cheesy bread because of how raw it was and I then tell him I am definitely not going to be able to do anything with it now because he basically fondled my food with his dirty hands; he had just been in the register. He tells me if I am going to talk to him like that, I ain’t getting nothing back and shoves the food boxes out the way telling me to go in the parking lot and call the 1-800 number. I then go to my vehicle and the sheriff’s office shows up because he called 911 because I was rude to him and still on the property which I was given permission to be on by him! The sheriff scolds him for calling 911 over a refund and never asking me to actually leave. I leave and have tried several times to reach a manager to no avail though many pretended to be one. I also have a over draft fee now. AVOID!!!
