    Incredibly terrible service. While under the care of All Safe, my facility was broken into multiple times. I had multiple unanswered messages and phone calls. I eventually fired them and now they have locked and disabled some of the equipment that I purchased from them, with malice. When I called them, they would only re-activate the equipment - That I own!- if I entered into a new contract with them. Pretty much blackmail. I am reaching out to the media as well as my attorneys. I have heard similar complaints from other past customers. Take a look at the previous employee reviews on Indeed describing a toxic hostile environment- makes perfect sense.

Without the opportunity to provide service for your system, we’re unable to determine actual cause to properly remediate the problem to your satisfaction. We provide service 24/7/365 and are always available when contacting our service department. All Safe Technologies video cloud service provider is not proprietary and available to you through any authorized alarm company. We appreciate the value of all our customers and wish we had the opportunity to keep you as one.

    You’re absolutely lying. You intentionally put a software lock on my SVR, trying to extort me into resubscribing to your terrible service. You should be ashamed.

    ***** and all of the folks at All Safe went above and beyond to install and get our cameras up and working. Thank you for all the hard work and effort -*****, *****, ******, ******, *******…and so many others involved. ***** even helped my 83 year old Mom get connected! I can’t recommend them enough
