    The services provided were super inflated and when questioned about fees I was lied to. Half of my refund was taken and as to cover it up they explained it as hidden fees without documentation. Huge scam!!!

    No scam! Customer fees were from prior year taxes as well as current year(2022, 2023, and 2024)that were filed all at once, in March of 2025. The price compared to other preparer in area still said the price was well under especially for doing 3 years of taxes. I tried to reason with customer to amend and he still hasn't responded

    Customer has full copy of return for each year that throughly explain the fees associated with the tax returns. No scam no cover *** at all...
