    My husband was a regular for years before they were Evapes. needed a new mod. Asked the employee for advice as they should be knowledgeable of products. He asked for a vape that would hold a good charge cause he works outside a lot and vapes all day. They little boy sold him a vape that won’t hold a charge and leaks everywhere. We went up there with box and receipt within 3 days of the purchase and was told they couldn’t refund it would only exchange it for another one exactly like it. We explained that was unacceptable and asked the manager be contacted to see if we could get store credit to buy a different mod and would even pay if there was a price difference . The owner apparently refused us as well. Despite being in the time frame for returns and it being defective they decided ripping off a loyal customer was the better route. Also the original person we talked to told my husband he could use his regular juice in the vape but was told by different employee it was leaking because it only was supposed to take salt nic and we wasn’t told that by the little boy who sold him regular juice with it. We tried to reasonably explain we were ripped off by the employee due to his lack of understanding on products to the owners but they refused us any type of compensation and basically stole our money for a kid we can’t even use and is defective.

    Apparently, stories being told by the customer and our employee did not match up. Many other products were suggested to the customer during the visit explaining the different usage. The customer ended up purchasing this particular product. Our policy states on the receipt "20 day exchange on same item only for manufacturer defect. NO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES FOR SAME ITEM UPON MANAGERIAL APPROVAL. Items must be returned to the store purchased with the original receipt and all items in the package including box." This policy gets explained to every customer at the time of purchase. Based on the policy, our store manager approved an exchange for a defective device as stated by the customer. Our policy does not state that if you do not like the device, you can return it or exchange it for another item.
