    Everything was installed incorrectly.  First, they used the wrong screws, and gutters fell down during first rain. We called and they did not have longer screws, so we purchased 5" screws through Amazon and they came back and put them in.  Second, the pitch angle was incorrect so debris quickly built up because water could not flow to downspouts--Water backed up and poured over the gutters. Third, they did not properly seal all the joints.  As a result, water leaked through the joints. Within five months the gutters were so bad, we contacted another gutter company to come and correct everything for almost $900 more.  We contacted Precision Seamless Gutters about what had to be done to correct the gutters, but they have been nonresponsive.

    This company installed gutters around a bay window for me. The installation looks nice but of the four connections for this application , three leak. The owner of this company assured me the problem would be fixed. They have not returned to fix and will not return my calls
