      I ACUITRD HEARING AIDS FROM AUDIBLE. I AM 84 AND BLIND IN RIGHT EYE AND CANNOT READ WITH OUT ASSISTIVE DEVICES IN THE LEFT. I ASKED FOR AN INER ER DEVICE AND NOT AN OVER EAR DEVICE DUR TO MY DININISHED SIGET. THE AGENT SAID THE OVER EAR WITHOUT HAVING TO DO A MOLD WOULD BE BETTER FORE ME. I GAVE INE. I GOT THE AIDES AND THEY ARE HELD IN THE EAR WITH A FILIMENT I CANNOT SEE. I ASKED IF I LOST OST ONE DID THEY OFFER INSURANCE. HE ADDED THAT THEY “ WOULD REPLACE IT FREE UNDER THEIR WARRENTY DURING THE FIRST YEAR!” WELL AT A DOCTORS OFFCE ON THE 27TH OF JUNE THE NEURO DOC REMOVED THE AIDES TO EXAM MY EARS AS I HAVE AL BALANCED PROBLEM. HE PUT THEM BACK AS I COULD NOT. BEWTEEN HIS XAM OFFICF AND THE PARKING LOT THE ONE IN MY RONGT EAR FELL OUT I COULD NOT FIND IT NOR COULD ANYONY ONE ELSE AT THE NEURO CLINIC. I CALLED THE AGENT TWICE AND COULD ONLY LEVE VOICE MAIL. FINALLY TODAY REACHED HIS RECEPTIONIST SHE CALLED HIM FOR ME AND CALLED ME BACK AND ADVISED THAT THE COMPANY WOULD ONLY REPLACE IT FOR $500. I DONT HAVE THAT MONY. THEY SHOOULD BE ASHAMED OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OLD POOR DISABLED PEOPLE. I WILL HE E TO DO WITH ONLY ONE.
