    I purchased two Bad Boy Mowers from Underwood Outdoor Power last year. While the shop has helped on occasion, the mowers still have not been fixed in over the dozen times I have had to take them back to the shop. The employees of the shop have told me they have had numerous problems with this brand. The deck belts will not stay on during operation. You constantly have to put the belts back on the mower during operation. I can provide service records on the repairs. My Bad Boy 72 inch Rebel is currently unable to be used due to the deck belt getting tangled in the drive belt. I have no way to move the machine to the shop and recieved no offer of help when I notified the dealer. I want the two mowers replaced while they are still under warranty. I don't want the liability falling on me after the warranty runs out.

    I reached out to ***** on the  18th or 19th about picking up his mower, he explained he was out of town and would call me when he was back.  As of  9/28 he has not notified me that he was available.  I sent ***** a text advising him when I could be available to pick up the mower.

    Regarding buy backs of equipment, we do not buy back equipment.  it is clearly stated on our invoice that we do not do this. If there is an issue with the product we work between the -Manufacturer and customer to reach a resolution.

    Last summer I arranged for a representative to come view the mowers in operation to see if we could identify why ***** was having a problem.  We three had agreed to met on a specific day, the rep traveled from Memphis and on the appointed day we drove to *****'s house and he was not there.  We found out later that he had to be out of town.

    When we get the mower here we will evaluate and repair the issues.  We also have the parts due at the store 9/29 to make the repairs. We will also make sure we are supported by Bad Boy.

    The biggest thing is we have to get the equipment here.
