    initial encounter was good. They got my $$ and it went downhill quick, ** issue which right out of the gate I was promised & assured by ****-GM, **** -Sales Mgr and the service dir I would be kept in contact w as they tried to work thru the issue. calls went unreturned, these people acted like they had 0 idea there was even an issue after my persistent calls,my salesman and service lady acted the same claiming I thought this was resolved or I would have f/u. and they still didnt f/u After that!!! I had to get ugly basically to even get ANY info. THEN, I just moved from ** where the dealership obtains the vehicle tags. I was NOT told this. in fact, I questioned the salesman why I wasnt given have a temp tag. Clue#1 I wasnt familiar **** process. I even called the dealership 2xs asking about them. I was put on hold and then told they arent here. Another chance for someone there to question why is this lady asking US her HER tags! but it didnt. Only after being pulled over by *** for no tags did I learn it was MY responsibility. Not in finance, not w/the salesman, not at anytime did anyone advise me of this. NOT EVEN ON THE TRIPS BacK TO SERVICE FOR THE ** ISSUES. So $783 of an unexpected expense later I have tags but my ** still blows warm. *** its 101 today. #DoBetter

    We currently working an Engineering case with ********** on her concern with A/C not functioning as she expected. Star Case has ordered a part that we will be test running on another Compass that is in our inventory, if this corrects the problem then her vehicle will be brought in for the fix, if not then the star case will continue troubleshooting. In regards we to the tag, we apologize we were unaware she was not up to date on Mississippi tag process and that we should have deducted if we knew she recently moved here.

    Pine Belt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department has probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have had my truck for 3 weeks to do a one hour service. This is the second time my truck has been there for a related reason. I have been told over 4 times that my truck would be ready "tomorrow." Just to be told the next day that my truck won't be ready until "tomorrow" along with some sorry excuse. What auto shop let's all of their diesel techs take the same day off during a weekday? A bad one. When I asked for a courtesy vehicle I was told "we are out across the pine belt family of dealerships" -10 out of 10. Don't give these jokers your money.
