    The staff is VERY unprofessional!!! Whenever you call the office, they quickly put you on hold without even asking you if you mind; then once on hold, you may have to wait 30 minutes or longer before speaking to someone, if you get to speak to someone.....they then just send your call to their voicemail after holding for so long. They state to the patients that they do PA as a courtesy. it's been five months now, and they still have not requested a PA for my prescription that their doctor prescribed for me, and to add insult to injury, now, beginning Sept 1, 2023 patients who have MS CAN or CIGNA insurance, has to now be responsible for a urinalysis fee of $100 !!! The only thing they are good at is writing prescriptions for pain.
