      I purchased floors from Jenkins Floors. They were very courteous and prompt and priced fairly. Since, then we have had issues with the floors buckling. There has been no water damage and we reached out for assistance with the floors. They were still very friendly and told us that someone would contact us to come to to view the floors. No one contacted us. We reached out again and this time they gave us at time that someone would come. No one showed up. We reached out again and they promised that someone would come out to look at the floors, and this time; he did show up. He said that he would have to talk to someone in the office and someone would be in touch. No one reached out to us. We reached out again and was told that we would hear from someone soon, and at the time of this complaint; we still have not heard from anyone. They are always very courteous and polite on the phone; however, there just seems to be no follow through with the issue that we are having.

      In Feb. 2024, Jenkins floors was contacted to remove and install new bathroom flooring. A deposit of $689.05 was paid the week of March 1st. The work began the morning of March 12th and lasted until March 13th. When the staff completed the installation, they left in a rush at 9pm on the 13th and left holes in the walls of my bathroom. The bath room had been updated back in Jan 2021 so the work was fairly new. I took pictures of this and contacted the sales *********** ******** - who then had to come out to see the damages and the mess they left behind. ****** had been in communication regarding having someone other than those staff members make the repairs to the damages in the bathroom. It took a great deal of time but someone was scheduled to come out on June 1st to finally make the repairs and that person never showed. I tried reaching ***** who facilitated this to find out from a different employee - *****- that ***** was no longer with the company. ***** said for me to email him the previous emails from Brain so the matter can be resolved. I then reached out between June 13th - end of June and the number was disconnected. I had found their new number via ********, and around early July, I spoke with ******* Jenkins, co-owner, and sent the email chain that was sent to ***** to her husband ******* Jenkins, owner. The emails bounced back due to the mailbox being full (that was the failure to send message I received). I then called and even texted the images over. I have not heard anything back. I know they have recently moved but according to their ******** page they are fully operational. If they are not going to repair the damages that their staff left behind after the installation, then I want the deposit back so that money can be used towards paying someone for the repairs.

      I needed to make an update to the amount to dispute. The deposit paid was actually $450.00. I spoke with the owner the week of Aug 12th and he claimed he would reach back out the week of Aug 19th to confirm his uncle to make the repairs on Aug 24th but I never received a call.

      Purchased 1300 vinyl plank flooring with expected date of delivery on 2/21/24. Date has continously been pushed back without receiving the product. This has caused project delays which were reported during time of purchase.
