    I just bought my house in this town in January of this year. I did not know that the utilities worked only when they want to & nobody seems to care. The MAYOR is the one responsible for how this business is run. WHY?! But anyway, my bill is due on the 15th of the month but isnt posted online, OR received in the mail! It arrived approximately 2 weeks or so after the due date. If you can ever get a response on the phone, they just tell you to pay what it was last month BUT that is not how you run a business. Its colder ************** be the same amount. I still havent received my actual bill & today is the 25th of the month. Every time the wind blows, the power goes out. I pay for a service that I am not being provided & now I am stuck since I bought property here! Please help get something done about this. I cant get behind because you will nvr catch up this day in time. They charge whatever they want to & you have no choice to pay it, even though you arent being provided what you are paying for. Her name is ******************************* says theres nothing wrong with the power or how its being run. I live in a ***** square foot ********* utilities have doubled since *********** have no detailed bill stating why & nobody willing to help me find out. HELP.

    I cant keep power on at my residence. This company is halfway run & thinks itsa privilege to provide you with the utilities that are paid for monthly. Its sunny af outside rn, yet I am without power. I want this resolved before I request legal help against them. I receive my bill on the 27th with a late fee applied to it, when its due the 10th. You cant get the late fee waived because you cant get them on the phone. I BOUGHT PROPERTY HERE without being disclosed this information.

    I've bought some property in Ashland which unfortunately seems to have Holly Springs Utilities. I've been reaching out since before I purchased the property in April of 2023 to see who provided the Utilizes for my property, after having to ask a neighbor I found out it was Holly Springs. No one has nice things to say about this company so far. I've been reaching out since May of 2023 to get new service to my property which would include a survey and pole so I can begin building. However, there has been very little response. It will go weeks before a response is offered and even then it does not move forward in any process. Currently is is 9/28/2023 and I am still without power or able to start my build. Emails of all my correspondence attached.

    I paid to have my electricity tuned on over a month ago and it still has NOT been turned on. I have called at least 2 times a week leaving messages with my phone number yet they never returned my calls

    Billing issues, charging me for services that I have not received. Estimating meter readings on water meter since it was installed, and not fixing *** lighting that has been out since Junereported to them in July.
