    This place takes advantage of people. I wasnt for sure if I need to have the *** (Interlock) system installed on my vehicle so I called to inquire on Aug. 22nd. They recommend that I go ahead and set up an install and it requires a $40 Pre-install fee, I pay it and they say someone will get in touch with me to make an appointment. A few days go by and I havent heard anything so I call back find out my appointment is for Aug. 26. I ask should I get it installed?, because I wasnt for sure I even needed it, they responded by yes if you cancel now itll cost another $40 to cancel or change the install date so I keep the appointment. I had the device installed and it cost me another $175 then 13 days later I get a lock out code for log full. The device installed was used and not cleared out and was charged another $30 for a lock out code ( which wasnt even my fault). When I get to the shop to have it fixed they tell me I have to pay another $114.99 before they can fix it. This payment wasnt even due until 9/26 but I paid it anyways. Then 13 days later the exact same thing happened, Log full, so I call the shop and go through h*** with them acting like it was my fault. The next day I go to the *** to see if I even need this device and I dont so I call to have it removed, they say ok just set up an appointment with the shop to have it removed. So I do and the shop tells me its going to cost another $59 uninstall fee. Then after I pay that they say I have to pay Smart Start another $69 for uninstall. This company is taking advantage of people and should be held accountable. I would like a full refund for not being advised to not have it installed until necessary.
