    Took my lawnmower over a month and a half ago for the cord to get repaired. The lawnmower was almost brand new. I was told 3- 7 days to fix. And it was gonna be no more than $70 to fix. Now I go and they say it fixed but it's gonna be $130 to get cause they had to buy others parts, but won't let you see a receipt for the parts, so called being bought. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYBOBY GO TO THIS BUSINESS! THEY ARE VERY RUDE

    I wouldnt recommend this business to anyone. They dont communicate with you on progress of your equipment. When I went to pick up my mower after them having it a month, they hadnt started even working on it. Understaffed. Just a lot wrong with this company

    We apoligize for any inconvenience this has caused you. However, it is our busiest part of the season. Customers are informed before they drop off equipment to be repaired that there is a 4 week backlog before it is assigned to a technician. It is then the customer's choice if they want to wait or go else where. We are a small business and staff would have contacted you once your unit was diagnosed. Staffing to locate qualified technicians is quite challanging in this industry.
