  My husband and I contracted "All in One Renovation" to resurface our pool. The owner, *****, had ** select a plaster color made by NPT. We chose a solid blue surface without any color variation. The work was finished on March 3. At that time, white plaster surrounded the tiles on the steps, and white streaks were scattered over the bottom of the pool's surface. ***** told ** this was plaster dust, and the streaks would disappear as the pool was brushed. We brushed the pool twice a day for two weeks as instructed, but the streaks got worse, and the plaster dust was still thick, making the water unsuitable for swimming. We called *****, and he said that it might take another week. Again, we followed his instructions, and nothing changed. ***** finally came to inspect the pool and agreed that there was a problem. He assured ** that he would make it right and have an NTP representative come and inspect the pool. This never happened. Since then, we have contacted ***** several times. He always promises to take care of the problem and then does nothing. As of today, May 14, 2023, the white streaks still mar the pool surface. The color is not solid blue and looks terrible. Also, the workers washed their tools off on our plants and grass, which killed much of our landscaping.

  Everything was great with them! Materials got here in plenty of time before they did my roof. Only thing that slowed them down from getting to me sooner was the rain, which is completely understandable. Got it all done in one day with zero issues.

  ****** was great at communicating, leaving voicemails and sending text messages when I wasnt available at the time of her trying to reach me. Very professional and great customer service. The guys who did the roof did a great job as well.. it wasnt no debris, plastic, or old shingles laying around after they left. Lol.. very great company to go to for your roof. 10/10!!!

  QUALITY WORK! **** worked fast and hard. They made sure everything was moved before beginning & cleaned up after themselves immaculately. We couldnt be more pleased with our new roof! Thank you ******, ******, & and ****** for your professionalism and helping us.

  All in One Renovations did a great job from coming out and going over everything with me till the finished product - a new roof. They were professional, kept me updated, answered any questions I had, did a great job with the roof, and cleaned up everything. The roofers worked hard in 100-degree temps and never complained. And the roof looks great! I'm very pleased with All in One and would recommend them for your roofing needs. They were a pleasure to work with.
