      3/21/2025 My car was towed the nite before from my apartment and which there wasn't a sticker on my car pior to let me that they was towing my car ..I talk to the receptionist she told me ****** to get my car back in witch they only had my car for one day and I stay in ******* they towed my car across state line .So I went to get my car around 2 :00pm and I give them 330 for my car and I asked them can they tow my car out there lot they said they can't will ok so my battery was not under the hood if the car it was in my back seat so I put the battery in my car so I can crank the car and leave the supervisor if the lot closed the gate and told me I have too pay additional $75.00 for putting the battery my car on there lot in witch my uncle that my witness and was with me said thats not fair for you too charger him like that so then the supervisor proceeded to bring the price up too $****** for me too get my car and witch I already paid 330 so they wanted me to pay a extra ****** witch that's extortion And I told them I can't do that I can't afford that I already paid why are you still keeping my car .so I walked off because the situation was getting heated and I came back and ask them can I get my phone and my important papers out the car they processed too say yes you can if you sign your title over too us and then I ask them too print me a receipt too show proof if transaction or can you refund my money that I paid and they didn't not comply I had called my lawyer and put a police report in for extortion and unfair practices..now I have no car I cant get back in forth to work so I want be able to pay my bills this is a manger inconvenience on my life and basically I'm the victim and I felt the situation escalated because I was I young black male

      This company charged my husband $328 to pick his car up after being on their lot for maybe 10 hours; WE PAID IT. His car was missing a battery and we needed to install a new one in order for us to move it, which they wanted us to pay $75 for. Our mechanic simply asked them how can we move the car without the battery; because of him asking this question they then decided to block our car in and demanded that we pay ANOTHER $375 to let us off of their lot. My husband offered the $75 just so we can go on about our way, BUT NO!! Every time my husband asked about us being able to leave peacefully, they taxed $100 just for us to leave. Needless to say, we were not able to drive away in OUR car.

      My wife and I went to ********* just to eat at ******** on Friday March 7 2025 at 8 :30 pm we had parked on the wall in front of Subway as parking was not ************ signs posted on wall ,my wife and I sat to eat when the waitress opened the exit door and said they are towing everyone vehicles.I ran out our car was gone .The driver stated he would give me a card .Left my wife and I stranded an hour from home with no ride at night .I called to walk and get our car she said I had to wait until 10 am on Saturday and that I only had from 10 am until 11 am to get it .250 .00 cash only no cards .while I was outside the driver had another man's car hooked told him 250 cash to drop it .Just in 1 hour they had taken 4 cars and 1 paid so that's is over 1200 dollars in a night cash only .They sit in the parking lot at ********** with lights off watching and taking people's cars .This can not be legal and why cash only .My wife's medicine is in the car she has to have so I'm supposed to do what just wait until they open .Please explain how this is a licensed and insured business doing this to citizens of *****************

      My vehicle was towed by this business and they never reported it to the police department. My vehicle was stolen and they had it for over ***************************** They sent a letter stating that if I didn't pay 40 dollars a day and legal fees and tow fees, they would sell my vehicle in less than 10 days. This company is stealing cars and selling them because the owners and the police department has know idea that they have found the vehicle

      Evening ******** update on my vehicle so all this time we thought that the car had been stolen a towing company by the name of lacer towing out of Southhaven, had towed my car on Saturday night. My son went to an apartment complex, called ? the parks at Paisley off of ************************* in Hickory Hill. He had left with his friends for a moment and when he came back, the car was gone. Mind you when a car is towed they have 30 minutes to dispatch it to the police officers, they did not do that so we assume that the car had been stolen the police officers came out did a report and here we are today on a Monday thinking the car was still stolen .? So what I did I called the apartment complex today to speak with the young lady to ask if they had seen anything on camera. She asked me to describe my car and I gave her the details so then she tells me well yes our towing company towed it and I asked her what towing company because I had made a police report and it was not in the system .She gave me the name of the towing company which is in Southhaven so my question was why was my car in Southhaven when I live in ******* furthermore, the towing company did not dispatch ******* police department to let them know that my car had been towed and they had it for three days technically the towing company got my car in the wee hours of Sunday morning, so thats from Sunday until today charged ? $369 for having my car for three days and I had no clue that they even had my car and I had I not called the complex I would not have known where my car was and they wouldve racked up thousands of dollars Im gonna find out what needs to be done. Im gonna call the Better Business Bureau on this lacer towing company in Southhaven because they are doing illegal things so Im putting them on blast thank God that the car was not stolen and my son gets the car back safe and untouched thanks to everyone that shared my post. Thank you all so much !????????????

      My vehicle was towed from a handicapped parking spot with updated sticker on 12/3. Reported to OB Police who informed me of tow as I assumed stolen. On 12/4 my apartment manager said the company is not authorized to tow cars from premises. She contacted Lazer and they returned my car and another car which had been towed. I didnt have to pay the $245 fee they said I would have to pay. Upon driving my vehicle it was making a horrible noise which mechanic at 3 businesses said was damaged back struts. I had to have my car repaired as I am a 76 year old woman with no other transport. It cost $1431.36 and my insurance will not pay because they say they have no way to know if my car was needing struts before. I can say that theres no way I could have been driving my car with the horrible noise that it made with the damaged back struts. I keep my car in good shape as a single and lone traveler. I live on social security and retirement that I earned. No government assistance. This is a real hardship for me . I tutor children as an extra income. Please help me in my quest for compensation. Sincere thanks.

      My car was towed from *********************************** on 12/6/23 because of expired tags. There was no damage to my vehicle at any time, specifically 1.5-2 hours prior when I was driving it. I went to pick it up and pay for the towing at ******** on today (12/7/23). Later, when I walked out of the apartment and did a proper walk around the car (leaving to go to work), I noticed the front end passenger damage. I immediately called Lazer Towing, and was told that they didn't damage my car. I explained, more than once, that I was in the vehicle about 1.5-2 hours prior to my car being towed, and there was no damage. I asked of they took pictures after the car landed on the ******** salvage yard, and they (some girl that answered the phone and supposedly her bosses heard in the background) claimed that they did but saying they didn't damage my car. I told them all out right they were lying and I was looking at damage that wasn't there just 1.5 hours prior to towing my car. She hung up on me, so I called another number I found online, that was listed as the corporate number. Turns out, it was some cell phone that a man answered with screaming kids in the background, again, telling me that they did no damage to my car. I eventually hung up after raising my voice and getting completed ****** that they are refusing to own this. I tried reaching out to my rental office also, to no avail

      My sons car was towed and damaged. Willing to pay the tow fee but the company is not willing to pay the damages. My sons name is ***************************. Need the company to come to a desired resolution or a civil suit will be filed. I have video the towing company admitting fault and now they are saying they are not at fault.

      On 10/07/2023 around 9:00pm, this towing company came into my apartments and stole my car by saying it was "doubled parked", upon asking the tow driver why was he pulling my vehicle he said "do you know how to read" "its in your lease" and shined a bright light in my face as if this was the 1800's. He continued to disrespect and mock me saying that because I was standing up for myself and asking questions that the price just went up $100.00 more. The next morning I called the company and **** the dispatcher said that she did not know where my car was and that I need to call back the next day. This response to me was unacceptable, because I'm trying to get my car back and at this point they are holding my car hostage by not giving me access to know where my vehicle was. I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that the manager was "at chuch", I left her my contact information and asked if the manager would return my phone call. 30 minutes later I received a call back from ***** stating that she had the location of the car and the manager "*****" was on the call. When ***** came on the call he was very rude, racist,obnoxious and just flat out nasty. ***** tells me that I would not be able to get my car today because nobody is there and the total price is $369.16. Then he says that when I come in I better be on my best behavior or else he is going to raise the price even more. How is this legal? This establishment and the people who work there has traumatized me and I cannot believe that this company is able to operate in any capacity. They are robbing and strongarming only a paticular group of people and its not right. Please be aware of this company and do not utilize under any circumstance.

      Today around 12:30pm, Lazer Towing towed my husband's company semi truck as he was loading it up to leave for work in our apartment complex. We are not allowed to store semi's at the apartment, but it was understood and approved that my husband could bring his truck in and load his bags and leave. This takes us less than 30 minutes. The owner of Lazer Towing was absolutely disgusting towards my husband. He cursed him out, called him out of his name and threw his company card at him when my husband was trying to explain what was going on. He didn't want to hear a word my husband had to say. His employee that was driving the tow truck told us that he wanted to wait for a semi tow truck to pick up the truck, but the owner insisted that he took the truck right away. This resulted in them damaging the left airbag and breaking the frame that held the brake and taillights and the lights and plugs were all damaged as well. My husband went to the leasing office and asked why was his truck towed knowing that they had an agreement. They said they never approved the tow and they called the tow company to bring his truck back. Upon returning with the truck, the owner hopped out of his pick up truck and cursed my husband out AGAIN. My husband was simply asking the driver to just drop the truck at the entrance and he would take it off the property and the owner yelled at him telling him to stop talking to the driver. This man was angry and hostile from the beginning. My husband asked the driver if the owner talk to everyone like this and he said "Yes, he even talks to me like that." This is unacceptable. He just saw a big truck and hauled it off thinking he was going to get paid. He doesn't know how to communicate effectively without name calling and using profanity. He said he doesn't care what the leasing company says about my husband loading his truck inside the apartment complex. He said if he sees it there again, he's taking it no questions asked. He is sick and money hungry.
