    I'm highly upset because I had paid a $50 fee for this apartment on April 5th and the following morning it had asked for me to create a password for the account. Mind you, I've been contacting this lady at Forest Ridge Apts since the beginning and when I did call, she did not answer until almost when business is closing. So, the same week, I had asked to schedule a tour and she said that I can come on Aril 7th which was on a Friday before 12 noon. I showed up and then she stated that it'll have to be very quick, in my mind who schedules a tour rushing you especially if you're trying to move out there. So, she showed me (2) apts and I insisted in getting a 1 bedroom flat for the price of $640.00 a month, okay cool, the next step was to complete my application because I had left some information off but she said that I need to have it in before the following Monday to get an apt. The following Monday I had called her and she did not answer at all, so I tried calling later that evening and I did not get anybody, so I waited until the next day to see what'll happen. All of this time while I'm packing up at my current location, I did not know what to expect especially since she claim that she'll give me a call back. So, on that Tuesday, I had called her and no answer at first so I said I'll call after lunch then I called afterwards and it was the same thing, at this point I was pretty much frustrated because she's not returning my call. I had my neighbor to give her a call and she didn't answer at first but she did call my neighbor and my neighbor inquired and she told her that it's a $15 building fee to hold and apartment. I was like wow, she did not mention that to me so I called her back with neighbor on 3-way. She lucked up and answered, at that moment, she was very rude and kept getting my name mixed up with another ********, she asked if my name was **** and I said no like 3 times and she kept asking what was my last name and what size apartment what I was looking for so I told her again. So, she claim that she had put my info in and I haven't heard her type anything in. So, she came back and said DENIED. I asked her how and she stated that she sent it through TransUnion and I told her that I have the app on my phone and if there was one that I 'll get it. She said I'll screenshot it to you but she never did. Fast forward, I called the next day and she picked up saying How may I help you and that's when I asked for the number to corporate and she claims she did not know it, and so I asked who her boss was and she said Sal and I asked if I can speak to her and she said she's right there and then said that she was on the property and slammed the phone down.
