    The owner **** ****** ** obtained my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder that had been involved in a hit and run on July 12, 2024. Mr. ****** was supposed to be repairing my vehicle and did not repair it correctly. My insurance company issued up to $20,000 for repairs to my vehicle. Mr. ****** did not paint my vehicle correctly, the paint has trash under it, some parts are in the wrong location, some parts are cracked and damaged, some are missing screws as well as push pins, and the front sensor does not work properly. Mr. ****** had my vehicle from July 13, 2024 until September 19, 2024. He took my vehicle to ****** Nissan to get my AC checked and the service manager contacted me and informed me of the bad repairs they saw and told me that Mr. ****** was attempting to reuse damaged parts from the accident and they refused to check the ac until he ordered the new parts. Once he ordered the parts and they received them, they informed him that the radiator was positioned incorrectly nd they could not repair it until it was positioned correctly. After he picked my vehicle up from ****** he told me my vehicle would be ready within a week. When I arrived to pick it up he was not there but had an employee give me my vehicle. Once I saw all the bad repairs I contacted him and he stated hat he’s not perfect. I asked Mr. ****** if he would just email me a copy of his invoice for all the parts purchase as well as the repairs he did he refused. I then asked for his warranty insurance information in order to file a claim and get it repaired correctly and he refused. He will not return any of my phone calls, texts, nor emails. I have to take my vehicle to another body shop to asses the damages and pay for them to be repaired correctly. I have made several attempts to get Mr. ****** to rectify he situation but he refuses.

    ***** ***** Brought Her Car To Me Looking To Get Money Back Tried Running My Business Like I’m Not The Owner til I Ended Up Just Giving Her 1000 plus She Didn’t Pay Deductible When vehicle came in lot was missing In Front So when I put Back together I took to Nissan to get ac recharged they said I was missing a part so I got it part and fix it usually when I do customers cars and if some you don’t like about paint or anything I’m always glad to fix the problem told her to bring back She Didn’t Want to stating that I will have it for 2 more months but instead of coming back to let me fix problem you wanna take elsewhere without letting me fix problem just wanting money from me because it’s her daughters truck and her daughter been driving the truck since the day she picked it up with no problems but a run in paint that can be buff out I have 4 kids so I take what I do very serious to feed my family she thinks she suppose to get her car fixed and half the money like I was grateful to give 1000 and no deductible all she had to do was bring it back and I would have been glad to fix it told her that but calling me and texting me threatening me then I want answer nor reply to any text if it wasn’t trying to get car back to straighten it out I’m young and when insurance give me money they think you suppose to give them money

    I am rejecting this response because: Mr. ****** is lying. I have only threatened him with legal action. I went to his place of business on several occasions and he’s never there. I asked him for his warranty insurance and an invoice on all repairs and he has not responded. He offered the $1000 to me to cover rental costs because he had my vehicle for so long, as for the deductible he told me he would waive it.

    The truck may be in her name but she got it for her daughter and her daughter boyfriend be driving the truck I see them in it everyday and I’ve ask her to let me repaint it she looking for money from me more than trying get problem resolved because its no problem on my end repainting it again or even fixing any situation there may be

    Thank you. Mr. ****** does not have any facts or information correct. As for my daughter she does not have a boyfriend nor has Mr. ****** seen her. My daughter and who she dates is not in question, it’s his work. As I stated in the messages attached I asked for his warranty insurance information to file the claim and get my vehicle repaired correctly by a reputable company because for a 10 day repair he had it for 10 weeks so it may take 10 more weeks. I have also attached the insurance estimate and asked him for the invoice and he refuses to send it to me showing all the required new parts he replaced. He told me he’s a small company and he had to wait for the insurance check to purchase parts. He has gotten all the money but did not buy all new parts. The scuff guard under the front looks like someone pulled it down the street it has so many scratches. I am not trying to get money for myself but simply to take it to another reputable company and get it repaired correctly. If he won’t give me his warranty insurance information then I am to assume he doesn’t have any because I have asked for it and by law he is required to provide it to me.

    Now this lady just making up things now because the date on when I sent her the $1000 was not have had car for long she made me send that before any repairs was even done to vehicle because she said I didn’t need all the money which be crazy to me because she wanted more but I kept saying that I needed this money to buy parts just cause insurance give money don’t means it all goes in my pockets I gotta buy parts paint materials and she wasn’t understanding but instead of her bringing car back she wanna go back in foward she even told me that she need to get her daughter her own insurance because she’s had more wrecks than anything on her policy and her daughter may not be on her policy that’s her car but she got it for her daughter

    I’m trying to get my vehicle fixed correctly and all he is concerned about is my daughter. What does any of that have to do with the horrible repair that his body shop did. Provide the warranty insurance information so I can file the claim and get my truck fixed the right way by a reputable repair company that will have it fixed in a timely manner and not take 3 and a half months. A company that can stand by their work. Nothing Mr. ****** has said has anything to do with providing his warranty insurance information that he obviously doesn’t have. Going back and forth on here is still not getting my truck fixed. Provide the warranty insurance and invoice for the parts and what all was fixed. My daughter is not the topic his horrible repairs are. A cow could be driving the truck and it still doesn’t have anything to do with the repairs. I never said the truck couldn’t be driven the cosmetic repairs are the problem. Looks like I will see you in court
