    February 8, 2024 - Date of Business Transaction.Vehicle (2011 SRX ********* was diagnosed by owner. The technicians result was the need for a new motor. Owner provided a service invoice that included parts and labor for the amount of $6,340.00.Owner requested half of the invoice total. Owner received a check for the amount of $3,170.00 on February 8, 2024.Buyers request for full refund and return of vehicle.

    I have  not heard from Mr ********* we did receive the deposit, paid for the engine. There was a back order on the engine for a while and the repair was placed on back log. I have all intentions on repairing the vehicle. The ******** has been here for over 2.5 yrs, we were waiting on Mr ******** for the deposit. I didn't think he was in a rush due the amount of time he left it here. I'm more than happy to repair the suv, but a refund is not a option at this point. We stored his truck for years, based on his word that he was planning on fixing it. We can have it done in 45 days, thanks **** *********. Please give me a call to discuss the plan.
