    This company is filled with incompetent people. I called to have the water at my new home placed into my name. However, after six weeks in my new home, I had not received a bill. When I called Jackson Water, they said they had no record of me on file and asked that I apply to have the water put into my name. I applied and received an email showing my account was active. In this email, the customer service agent asked if the water was on at my property (why didn't they already know? There are no other water companies in Jackson, MS). Once I received the account number, I attempted to go online to see my bill. The system did not recognize my name or my account. When I attempted to call the company back, the phone was disconnected. I even went back online and their online website was down. This is a poorly run place, and it's a shame Jackson Water is the best Jackson, MS has to offer its tax paying residents.
