    I had the same experience as ***** *. An employee showed up. He asked for the attic access then said he didn't need to go in the attic when he found out it was in the middle of the house and he'd have to walk a distance to get to the area he needed to check. He said the breakers were good and the power in the storage room was due to an overload. He left without restoring power and said he'd be back in about 30 minutes. He never came back or answered the phone when I tried to call him. Based on his report our home warranty wouldn't cover the cost to have it fixed. It turns out there was a loose connection in the outlet receptacle and not an overload. I should have looked up Conerly before the appointment like I did after the service man left. Had I known they were not accredited and such a bad company I would have called my home warranty company and demanded they send someone who was accredited and had higher ratings. Now I'm considering looking up the home warranty company on BBB and writing a bad review for them not checking out the businesses they send out to do repairs. It's obvious they are only concerned with who is the cheapest and not with who will deliver quality service.

    Twice we have had a conorly electric employee scheduled to make a service call to our home. Twice the same employee has left within minutes having found a reason he could not commence with the work. Not certain how this company is in business.
