    I purchased furniture at Furniture world
    At 1057 E County Line Rd, Jackson, MS 39211. This business didn’t show on the list when I searched for it. I paid for a bedroom set with delivery and set up. A young man delivered and set it up. Upon leaving, 15 mins later the drawers under the bed fell to the floor. They were not screwed to the foot of the bed. After investigating why the drawers fell, there were no screws in 4 holes. He came back after finding one screw and put in, still the stability needed was not there. Company called back and promised me they’d order the pieces that were missing and correct the problem. Never happened, one week later after starting to use the dresser, the bottom drawer came off track and still is, can’t close it. 3 days ago the handle to one other drawer came off, can’t put it back on. The slacks under the bed have re-inforcers (legs) under them but there’s nothing to connect them to the slacks so the weight of the bed holds them. Over all the quality of furniture for the price does not match. Partially put together, lots of pieces missing and falling apart after being told it would be taking care of. The owners did call me upset about my review I left on the business’s website, but have not fixed the issue. I paid $2300 for , dresser, mirror, headboard footboard. I want a refund or put the bed together like it’s suppose to be…
